Membership Form
Interested in joining the WAA? Print this form & fill it out. Send it to us with your annual dues or bring both with you the next General Membership Meeting
Exhibition Entry Form
When you want to have your art displayed for a current show you must complete this form.
WAA Grant (DVAA) Class Proposal
This form is to be completed by WAA members wishing to conduct a DVAA grant associated class/workshop.
NON Grant Class Proposal
This form is to be completed by WAA members wishing to conduct a class/workshop that is NOT DVAA grant related.
